Acceptance of Terms
These draft terms describe the proposed conditions for using Synatra. They are provided for review and are not presented as an effective agreement. The final version should be accessible before users begin using the bot.
Description of Service
Synatra is an AI-powered Discord bot operated by Tobias30. It generates AI responses within Discord. The availability and behaviour of specific features depend on the deployed implementation.
Eligibility
Users must satisfy Discord’s applicable eligibility requirements and the laws that apply to them. Installing the bot in a server requires the appropriate authority and Discord permissions.
Acceptable Use
Use Synatra responsibly and respect other people. Follow applicable law, Discord’s rules, and the rules of the server in which you interact with the bot.
- Use the service only with permission to access the relevant account, server, and content.
- Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
- Keep credentials and sensitive personal information out of prompts.
- Review generated content before sharing it or acting on it.
AI-Generated Content
Responses are generated by AI and may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, biased, or inappropriate. Generated statements do not establish the operator’s views or the truth of a claim.
Do not treat an AI response as professional advice or rely on it for critical decisions, including medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency decisions. Seek appropriate qualified assistance and verify information independently.
Accuracy and Reliability
AI can invent facts, sources, or citations and can misunderstand context. A confident answer may still be wrong. Check important statements against reliable sources before using them.
No accuracy level, response time, or service performance commitment has been confirmed. This explanation does not exclude legal rights or remedies.
Prohibited Activities
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Abuse, harassment, unlawful activity, or attempts to use the bot to harm others.
- Spam, flooding, or activity intended to overload or disrupt the service.
- Attempts to exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls or safeguards, or obtain credentials or private information.
- Impersonation, deceptive misuse of generated content, or infringement of others’ rights.
- Using the bot in ways that violate applicable Discord rules.
Report a suspected vulnerability privately to tobias30yt@outlook.com. Avoid including secrets or other people’s personal data.
Service Availability
Synatra depends on Discord and the infrastructure used to operate the bot. Maintenance, outages, technical failures, or changes to those services can affect access. Availability may vary.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for using the bot within your authority, assessing what you submit, and deciding how to use its responses. Do not submit another person’s information or content without an appropriate right or permission.
Server administrators should understand the permissions they grant, communicate relevant bot use to members, and manage access within their authority. Visibility in a Discord channel does not make all content suitable for AI processing.
Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy for the current draft of Synatra’s data-processing disclosures and the contact for privacy requests. That document still contains details awaiting verification.
Acceptance of terms does not itself establish valid consent for every form of personal-data processing. Discord also processes data under its own Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Respect ownership and other rights in the material you submit and share. AI-generated output may resemble existing material and is not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights.
Changes to the Service
Synatra may be modified or discontinued. Features, availability, and limits may change as the service develops or its dependencies change.
Termination of Access
Abuse, spam, exploitation attempts, and other prohibited conduct may lead to access restrictions. You can stop interacting with the bot; authorised administrators can remove it from their servers. Removing the bot is not a substitute for a data-deletion request.
Applicable Law
No governing law, court jurisdiction, or dispute-resolution procedure has been selected or verified for these draft terms. No arbitration requirement, liability cap, indemnity, or blanket waiver is introduced by this document.
